Flying from London to San Diego with a clear idea of where I wanted to take Aspect. And the rest is history!

2011
How did it start?
  • Aspect was incorporated on March 15;
  • Implemented a clear company structure: Project Management, Translation Management, QA departments;
  • Implemented SDL Trados Server;
  • Attended our first industry conference.
  • Attended several European industry conferences;
  • Became a member of European Language Industry Association;
  • 15 in-house professionals;
  • Created the Sales & Vendor Management departments.
  • Engaged a German industry expert to define and implement our translation and PM processes;
  • Implemented memoQ & Across server solutions;
  • Launched an ongoing charity project for the disabled in wheelchairs.
  • Certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard;
  • Became a member of the Globalization and Localization Association;
  • Became a member of the American Association of Language Companies.
Start of the COVID-19 era
  • Reconsidered all internal business process to fit remote work;
  • Changed the IT infrastructure to meet pandemic requirements;
  • All members of the team stayed on board.
02/24/2022 the war in Ukraine began
  • The Aspect team left the city where its headquarters was located (Kharkiv) and now works remotely from different parts of the world;
  • All IT infrastructure had been relocated to the German data center before the war started;
  • Aspect relaunched its operations on March 9, 2022 as soon as the team left the city and was ready for work.

Translation & Revision

Each member of our Translation and Revision department understands the importance of your project and pays attention to each and every detail. We are happy to offer you our solutions with our in-house and worldwide team of over 500 linguists.

Assuring quality in every part of the job for our clients is our number one priority. With a team of experts in the QC department, we promise to deliver you a document without spelling, terminology or consistency errors, using the most advanced software.
Information Technology
Aspect is evolving and our team uses sophisticated software to perform your projects efficiently and in a timely fashion. Using technology at every step of the process, our heroes are behind the scenes in the IT department. They provide us with the technical support to run everything as smoothly and securely as possible.

The Vendor Management department handpicks every expert and specialist for our team. They deal with our recruitment process seriously, ensuring your project is performed by a linguist with the relevant background and experience.
