Aspect achieves a new milestone

Aspect Translations is a leading language service company headquartered in Kharkov, Ukraine, which provides Eastern European language support to other language service companies as well as prominent end-clients. Aspect announced today the appointment of Tino Melita as their new CEO. Tino will be responsible for new business development in North America as well as overall strategic planning to expand the company growth.

The new CEO of Aspect has a proven track record of 20+ years in sales and strategically driving new businesses. Talking about his new role, Tino says: “I was in pursuit of a new challenge and when I first met with Elena, I was really impressed with her high energy and charisma. After only 5 years Elena has managed to build a great company with documented procedures and a reliable team of 30 in-house professionals. When I personally met with her team, I acknowledged that the company was built on a solid foundation. I am sure that my experience and expertise will help me take this company to a new level”.

With the appointment of Tino Melita as CEO, Elena Kirsanova will focus on production increase and become Aspect’s new COO. “I was looking for an opportunity to grow and promote the business in North America. It was important for me to partner with a person who shares our company values and corporate culture that have been built in the last five years. When I met with Tino and we shared and exchanged some ideas, I was impressed by his entrepreneurial vision and straightforward approach. I am confident that our collaboration will result in an exponential business growth”, says Elena.
