The management team of Aspect consists of two co-owners: Tino Melita and Elena Kirsanova. Tino is responsible for global marketing and sales as well as expansion into new markets. Elena is responsible for production: building in-house & freelance teams, and the implementation of effective processes and procedures to ensure our superior quality.
Our project managers work behind the scenes to ensure that every aspect of your project is completed efficiently, on time every time. They have a thorough understanding of the translation process, excellent management skills (including being proactive, having good judgment and infinite patience) as well as the ability to keep ten plates spinning in the air simultaneously!
Translation & Editing Department
The secret of a successful translation project is to have qualified translators & editors on board. They understand the importance of word and syntax, and the difference between synonyms, although their meanings might seem identical. Our in-house team, together with a network of over 100 linguists worldwide, maintains the highest standard of excellence.
Assuring quality for our clients is our number one priority. Our QA specialists check translated texts from head to toe for spelling and punctuation errors, using QA software like Xbench and Verifika. Every project is checked meticulously.
Our IT Manager ensures that the day-today work in the company runs securely and smoothly. He provides technical support for our in-house team and customers alike.
Our Human Resources Manager is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.
Our HR Manager coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the Executive team; and assists and advises the company about any Human Resources issues.
We take recruitment process seriously. Our vendor manager selects only the best and the most talented candidates in the translation industry, taking into account their education, experience, subject matter specialities and references. Teams are created on the basis of language pair, specialization and qualification to ensure that the best combination of linguists work on your projects.
Customer Support Department
Our Customer Support Department qualifies prospect customers for business development, and takes care of existing clients. Our philosophy is simple: to listen to the voice of the customer, and provide them with excellent localization services.
